Regarding ALL service issues with defective merchandise: client must send digital images of defective pieces to firstname.lastname@example.org, including client’s address and phone number
If merchandise is still under factory warranty…
McDonald’s Fine Furniture will send a technician to repair defective merchandise at no cost to the client.
If merchandise is out of factory warranty…
The client may bring defective furniture to the store, pending authorization from manager, for our technician to repair defective pieces at no cost to the client. If the customer is unable to transport the defective furniture to the store, there is a minimum $40 fee for our technician to go to the customer’s house to repair defective furniture on site.
